
Spinach Feta Ricotta Stuffed Salmon
This delicious Spinach, Feta, and Ricotta Stuffed Salmon is easy to prepare and incredibly satisfying. It features salmon filets stuffed with a flavorful mixture of feta, ricotta, spinach, and onion, seasoned perfectly and baked to perfection. What you need

cup ricotta cheese

tbsp dried dill

cup spinach

tsp salt

pepper

cup onion

oz feta
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. 2: Cut a horizontal slit in the sides of the salmon filets (don’t cut all the way through). Season the inside of the salmon with salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet. 3: Make filling: combine the feta, ricotta, spinach, and onion in a small bowl. 4: Fill the salmon cavities with the filling. Season the top with salt, pepper, and dill, and drizzle with olive oil. 5: Bake for 10-12 minutes then broil for about 2 minutes to crisp the top.View original recipe
