What you need

tbsp rice vinegar

coconut oil

tsp sesame oil

tbsp sweet chili sauce

tbsp cashew butter
shrimp

pepper

coconut aminos

sriracha

garlic powder

Instructions
1: Cook the vermicelli noodles as per package instructions. 2: In a bowl, mix together the cashew butter, tamari soy sauce, rice vinegar, date syrup, sweet chili sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha (if using). 3: Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 4: Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium high heat and sauté the shrimp for about 2 minutes on each side. 5: Add coconut aminos and sriracha to the pan before flipping the shrimp. 6: Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce, sautéed shrimp, chopped cabbage, sugar snap peas, scallions, and shredded carrots. 7: Mix until everything is well combined and serve.View original recipe
