
Sticky General Tso's Salmon
A Whole-30/Paleo meal featuring salmon coated in two delicious sauces - Almond-Ginger-Lime and General Tso’s. The spaghetti squash is roasted for a healthy twist, making this dish perfect for meal prep. Both sauces can be used for various recipes.

tbsp coconut aminos

tsp potato starch

tsp paprika

tsp fish sauce

cup almond butter

tbsp lime juice

tsp fresh ginger

tsp sesame oil

cup apple cider vinegar

tsp ground ginger

tbsp water
Instructions
1: Pierce holes around the spaghetti squash and roast whole at 400°F for 45-55 minutes, flipping halfway. 2: For the Almond-Ginger-Lime sauce, blend together almond butter, lime juice, water, coconut aminos, salt, juice of half an orange, ground ginger, garlic powder, hot sauce, honey (or date syrup), fish sauce, and pepper to taste. 3: For the General Tso’s sauce, combine date syrup, water, potato starch, apple cider vinegar, liquid aminos, sriracha, minced garlic, grated ginger, ground ginger, sesame oil, orange juice, and paprika in a bowl and whisk together. 4: Heat the General Tso’s sauce over medium-high and bring to a boil, then reduce to medium-low and whisk. Allow to cook for about 10 minutes until thickened. 5: Coat the roasted salmon in the prepared sauces and serve with roasted spaghetti squash.View original recipe
