
Sticky Jalapeño Honey Salmon
A delicious Sticky Jalapeño & Honey Salmon recipe paired with crispy rice noodle crunch. The sauce is a blend of tamari soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, jalapeño, and garlic, marinated with salmon and served with cooked rice noodles and fresh vegetables for a flavorful meal.
What you need
cup tamari soy sauce

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp honey

lb salmon

cup cabbage

cup red bell pepper

tsp garlic

jalapeno

bunch carrot
Instructions
1: Make the sauce by combining all ingredients in a bowl. Add the salmon and marinate for 30 minutes. After 30 mins, remove salmon to a plate. 2: Heat a pan over medium high heat, add the marinade sauce to the pan, allow it to come to a boil then add the salmon and cook for 1-2 minutes per side then remove and set aside. 3: Add the cooked noodles and cook for 5-8 minutes in the sauce, allowing it to reduce down. Add the veggies, then sauté for another minute or two. 4: Add noodles and salmon to a bowl and top as you wish. Use crunchy rice sticks, scallions, sesame seeds, and sriracha. 5: For the crunchy rice noodles: heat avocado or another neutral oil to sizzling, add the rice sticks and fry them until they expand and just start to brown.
