
Sticky Sweet and Salty Salmon Bites
A nourishing bowl recipe featuring salmon bites marinated in a sweet and salty sauce, served with a quick cucumber salad. The salmon cooks quickly and pairs well with jasmine or cauliflower rice.
What you need

cup tamari soy sauce

tbsp rice vinegar

tbsp red bell pepper
tbsp honey
clove garlic

tsp sesame oil

lb salmon

coconut aminos

pepper

Instructions
1: Season 3/4 pound salmon, cubed with salt and pepper. 2: Mix together the ingredients for the marinade in a medium bowl. Add the salmon. Marinate for 30 minutes. 3: Add the marinade (without the salmon) to a skillet, and heat for about 5-7 minutes until bubbling and thick. 4: Add the salmon and cook for a couple of minutes on each side. Spoon the sticky mixture over the salmon. 5: Serve with rice, avocado, and thinly sliced cucumbers drizzled with sesame seeds and coconut aminos. Garnish with chopped scallions.View original recipe
