Instructions
1: Sauté spinach with garlic and toss with dairy-free ricotta. 2: Cut a pocket in the middle of the salmon and stuff with the filling. 3: Brush the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and herbs of Provence. 4: Bake at 400°F for about 12-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon. 5: Serve with spiralized cucumber and tomatoes with dill and tahini.View original recipe
