
Sweet Chili Butter Japanese Sweet Potatoes

tsp sugar

tsp sesame oil
tsp salt

tsp hot sauce
tbsp tahini

tsp rice vinegar

tsp pepper

tsp water

tbsp olive oil

tbsp scallion
tsp garlic

Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside. 2: Make the sweet chili butter by mixing the butter, oil, sweet chili sauce, salt, pepper, and scallions in a small bowl. 3: In a large bowl, add the potatoes and sweet chili butter; toss to coat. Spread the potatoes on the sheet pan and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway until browned and slightly caramelized. 4: While the potatoes roast, make the Garlic-Sesame Tahini by whisking together the tahini, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, hot sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Gradually add water until desired consistency is reached. 5: Spread tahini on a plate, top with roasted potatoes, drizzle with extra sweet chili, and sprinkle with peanuts, cilantro, and black pepper.View original recipe
