
Sweet Chili Cauliflower Gnocchi
A delicious meal featuring cauliflower gnocchi paired with five-spiced salmon and a cilantro tamari yogurt aioli. The gnocchi is tossed in coconut oil and seasoned for a perfect air fry or bake, glazed with sweet chili sauce, and served alongside seasoned salmon.
What you need

Instructions
1: Air fry cauliflower gnocchi with coconut oil, seasoning with paprika and salt for about 10 minutes at 400°F until crispy. 2: Toss gnocchi with 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce and air fry for an additional 5 minutes. 3: For baking, season the gnocchi and bake on 425°F for 20 minutes, stirring halfway. Remove and add sweet chili sauce, then bake until crispy. 4: Season salmon with salt and five spice, sear in coconut oil on medium high for 2 minutes per side. Add coconut aminos to the pan while cooking. 5: Prepare aioli by mixing yogurt, mayo, tamari, coconut aminos, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, and lime juice.View original recipe
