What you need

tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp sriracha

tbsp chili flakes

tbsp maple syrup

tsp salt
tbsp lime
pepper

cup mayonnaise
tbsp olive oil
sweet potato

cup sunflower seed

tbsp white sesame seeds
bunch cilantro
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2: Add all ingredients for the crunch to a bowl, mix to combine. 3: Spread the mixture onto a lined sheet pan and bake for 5-6 minutes. Allow to cool. 4: For the sweet potatoes, mix together the oil and butter. 5: Add the sweet potatoes to a lined sheet pan, brush both sides with the oil/butter mixture, and season with salt and pepper. 6: Bake for 15-18 minutes, then flip for another 5-7 minutes. 7: While the sweet potatoes roast, make the sauce by adding all ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.View original recipe
