Instructions
1: Chop sweet potatoes into fries. 2: Refrigerate sweet potatoes to achieve firm crispy fries. 3: Toss sweet potatoes with oil, chipotle, and cinnamon. 4: Bake at 450°F for about 30 minutes, flipping halfway. 5: For the salted maple caramel, heat ingredients (Himalayan Salt Ghee, Coconut Sugar, Coconut Cream, almond milk, Maple Syrup, Vanilla) on medium-high until it boils. 6: Stir the mixture and then remove from heat allowing it to cool.View original recipe
