Instructions
1: Preheat the air fryer to 390°F. 2: Cut large Japanese sweet potato into fries. 3: Season with salt, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and lime zest. 4: Coat the fries with oil. 5: Air fry for 10-13 minutes until crispy. 6: To make beet ketchup, roast beets, then blend with apple cider vinegar, dates, clove, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. 7: For the turmeric honey ketchup, mix tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, water, honey, coconut aminos, salt, turmeric, onion powder, garlic powder, mustard powder, cayenne, black pepper, and ground allspice.View original recipe
