Three delicious sweet potato toasts with unique toppings: caramelized bananas with almond butter, classic avocado and egg, and dairy-free cream cheese topped with maple sautéed strawberries and cacao nibs.

Instructions
1: Slice a slightly ripe but firm banana. 2: Heat 2 teaspoons of coconut oil over and add bananas plus 2 teaspoons of coconut sugar or your choice of sweetener. Cook until syrupy and golden delicious. 3: Slice about 1/2 cup of strawberries. 4: Heat 2 teaspoons of coconut oil over medium-high heat. 5: Add the strawberries and 2 teaspoons of maple syrup and cook until tender and syrupy.View original recipe
