These sweet and spicy glazed cauliflower bites are a delicious alternative to wings, coated in a flavorful batter and baked to perfection. Enjoy them with ranch dip or on their own!
What you need

tsp salt
tbsp olive oil

tbsp tahini

tsp garlic powder

tbsp hot sauce

tsp butter
tbsp cornstarch
head cauliflower

tbsp almond milk

tbsp jam
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside. 2: Make the batter—add all ingredients for the batter to a medium bowl and whisk until smooth. 3: Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and use a fork to let the excess fall off. 4: Drizzle a little oil onto the sheet pan, then add each floret, keeping at least 2 inches in between. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping twice. 5: Make the glaze. Add the hot sauce, jam, and butter to a small bowl then place in the microwave or oven to melt it. Mix to combine. 6: Remove the sheet pan from the oven, then brush the glaze over the cauliflower. Place back into the oven for 5-7 minutes. 7: Serve with scallions and ranch dip if using.View original recipe
