Crunchy and tasty potato skin crisps made with leftover potato skins. They are easy to make with just a few ingredients like oil and spices, making them a great way to repurpose food scraps. Enjoy them on salads, burgers, or on their own with dipping sauce.
What you need

tsp garlic powder

tsp chipotle chili powder

cup coconut sugar

tsp salt

tbsp onion powder

tsp paprika

tsp cumin
cup potato
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven. 2: Wash potatoes before peeling. 3: Collect 1.5-2 cups of potato skins. 4: In a bowl, add enough oil to coat the skins. 5: Add spices including salt, cumin, chipotle chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and coconut sugar. 6: Toss the potato skins to combine with oil and spices. 7: Spread the skins out on a baking sheet. 8: Bake for 15-20 minutes until crisp, tossing once halfway through. 9: Remove from oven and allow to cool.View original recipe
