tbsp sriracha hot sauce

tbsp mayonnaise

lb shrimp

raw cashews

bunch scallion
Instructions
1: Add the mayonnaise, sweet chili, and sriracha to a small bowl and mix to combine. In a separate bowl, add the mayonnaise mixture to the shrimp and mix until well coated. 2: Use a 1 cup measuring cup (or a greased ramekin) and fill half with the shrimp mixture, then add half of the avocado, mango, cucumber, and sushi rice. Gently press down, then flip upside down onto a plate, lightly tapping the bottom of the cup and lift off. Repeat for the second half of the ingredients. 3: Add chopped scallions, crushed cashews, extra sriracha, and extra sweet chili sauce if desired.View original recipe
