Sweet & Spicy Sweet Potato Accordians
These crispy and soft Sweet & Spicy Sweet Potato Accordians are made with medium sweet potatoes and a savory blend of melted butter, sriracha, and honey. They are fun to make and can be served with a delicious honey mustard dip.
What you need

tsp pepper

tsp salt

tsp honey

tbsp tahini

tbsp unsalted butter

tsp yellow mustard

tbsp water

tbsp balsamic vinegar
tbsp cornstarch

fl oz honey mustard

tbsp sriracha

sweet potato

oz sunflower seed

tbsp maple syrup

bunch fresh chives
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 410°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside. 2: Place a chopstick on either side of the sweet potatoes and carefully use a knife to make horizontal slices, very close to each other all the way down the potato. Flip and do the same in the opposite direction on the other side. 3: Add the potatoes to a bowl, add the cornstarch, and toss. 4: Make the butter by mixing the butter, sriracha, honey, and salt in a small dish. 5: Add the sweet potatoes to the sheet pan, brush all sides with the butter mixture, sprinkle with chives, and roast for 12-15 minutes per side, until the edges start to brown. 6: Serve with honey mustard, sunflower seeds, and chives.View original recipe
