tbsp balsamic vinegar

tsp yellow mustard

tbsp sriracha

tsp honey
tbsp cornstarch

tsp salt

tbsp tahini

sweet potato

oz sunflower seed

bunch fresh chives

Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 410°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. 2: Place a chopstick on either side of the sweet potatoes and carefully slice horizontally, making close slices all down the potato. 3: Flip the potato and make horizontal slices in the opposite direction. 4: Add the sliced potatoes to a bowl, add the cornstarch, and toss to coat. 5: In a small dish, combine the butter, sriracha, honey, and salt, and mix well. 6: Place the sweet potatoes on the sheet pan, brush with the butter mixture, sprinkle with chives, and roast for 12-15 minutes per side until edges start to brown. 7: Serve with honey mustard, sunflower seeds, and more chives.View original recipe
