A delicious Thanksgiving meal featuring honey thyme chicken, dairy-free mashed ricotta cauliflower, and apple sage pecan Brussels sprouts. This meal combines classic flavors with healthy options.

Instructions
1: Pat chicken breast dry with a paper towel. 2: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme, and brush with honey. 3: Heat ghee or butter in a pan over medium low heat. 4: Sear chicken for about 9 minutes, then flip and cook for another 6-8 minutes until cooked through. 5: For Brussels sprouts, cut in half and trim, then blanch in salted water for 3 minutes. 6: Drain and toss Brussels with chopped apple, minced garlic, chopped sage, salt, pepper, and coconut aminos. 7: Use one tablespoon of butter or ghee to toss the Brussels, then roast at 425°F for 22 minutes. 8: For cauliflower, steam cauliflower and garlic until soft. 9: Drain and blend/process with ricotta, butter or ghee, salt, and pepper until smooth.View original recipe
