fl oz avocado oil

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp fresh chives

rice paper

tbsp white sesame seeds

lb fresh tuna

cup cabbage
Instructions
1: For the poke, combine tuna, minced Vidalia onion, chopped cilantro, soy sauce, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and sriracha in a bowl. 2: For the salad, mix together chopped mango, sliced cabbage, sliced English cucumber, snipped chives, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper in another bowl. 3: For the rice papers, cut each rice paper into 4 pieces. 4: Heat avocado oil over medium high heat until sizzling. 5: Add the rice papers to the hot oil for about 3-5 seconds until puffed up, then remove.View original recipe
