A delicious tuna wrap made with Safe Catch tuna, Love Beets beets, avocado, red onion, celery, olive oil, and spices, wrapped in romaine with a brown rice tortilla. Paired with roasted vegetables and a pumpkin sunflower butter dip.

Instructions
1: Prepare the tuna by mixing it with chopped beets, avocado, red onion, celery, olive oil, and spices. 2: Place the mixture in a romaine leaf and wrap it with a brown rice tortilla. 3: Place the wrapped tortilla under the broiler for a couple of minutes to crisp it up. 4: Roast broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and zucchini with avocado oil. 5: Prepare the pumpkin sunflower butter dip by mixing roasted mashed pumpkin with sunflower butter and extra virgin olive oil.View original recipe
