tbsp rice vinegar

cup purple cabbage

tbsp tapioca starch

tsp sesame oil

tbsp coconut aminos

dash pepper

lb ground turkey
tsp salt

Instructions
1: Preheat your oven to 400°F. 2: In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, chopped purple cabbage, minced garlic, minced ginger, finely chopped onion, shredded carrots, egg, coconut aminos, salt, and pepper. 3: Form the mixture into 1.5 inch meatballs. 4: Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes. 5: While meatballs are baking, prepare the lo mein sauce by heating tamari soy sauce, tapioca starch, rice vinegar, date syrup, sesame oil, and pepper over medium heat, whisking until thickened. 6: Toss the cooked lo mein sauce with noodles, chopped cabbage, scallions, bell pepper, and carrots.View original recipe
