lb ground turkey

tsp salt

cup olive oil

cup almond butter

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: In a medium bowl, mix together ground Turkey, egg, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, minced onion, and minced mushrooms. 3: Form the mixture into 1.5 inch balls and place them on a baking sheet. 4: Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 18 minutes until cooked through. 5: To make the romesco sauce, add roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, almond butter, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic to a blender. 6: Blend all the ingredients until smooth. 7: Serve the meatballs with the romesco sauce and crispy potato wedges or any veggies of choice.View original recipe
