A delicious toast created with PALEO bread and topped with avocado, roasted tomatoes, chili breaded chickpeas, and a turmeric poached egg. This recipe is inspired by a fig combination and is perfect for a healthy breakfast.

Instructions
1: Prepare the PALEO bread using the pizza mix, adding 1 tablespoon of water, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 3 eggs. 2: Bake the mixture in a loaf pan at 350°F for 50 minutes. 3: For the turmeric poached egg, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of turmeric to boiling water and poach the eggs. 4: Assemble the toast by layering avocado, roasted tomatoes, chili breaded chickpeas, and the poached egg. 5: Top with farmers cheese, arugula, figs, toasted pine nuts, thyme, tahini, and honey.View original recipe
