1: Bring almond milk to a boil. 2: Whisk in chia seeds and reduce heat, stirring. 3: Add vanilla protein powder and pour into a bowl, allowing to sit for 2-3 minutes. 4: For the pumpkin layer, mix pumpkin purée with vanilla protein powder and a splash of almond milk to create a pudding consistency. 5: Layer the pudding and top it off.View original recipe
