1: Preheat your oven to 400°F. 2: Cut the cauliflower into florets and toss them in coconut oil. 3: Roast the cauliflower for about 25 minutes. 4: Mix buffalo hot sauce with melted ghee or coconut oil. 5: Toss the roasted cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture. 6: Warm the cassava coconut tortillas and roll them up. 7: Spray a pan with avocado oil and crisp the taquitos on all sides. 8: Stuff the rolled tortillas with greens and buffalo cauliflower. 9: For the ranch, mix dairy-free yogurt with ranch seasoning. 10: Top the taquitos with ranch, cilantro, dairy-free Parmesan, avocado, and tomatoes.View original recipe
