
Veggie and Chicken Skillet
A quick one-pan meal featuring sautéed kabocha, purple sweets, purple cauliflower, and zucchini topped with egg whites and roasted chicken. Finished under the broiler and topped with baby spinach and pumpkin seeds.
What you need

Instructions
1: Spray the skillet with avocado oil. 2: Add kabocha, purple sweets, purple cauliflower, and zucchini to the skillet and sauté over medium heat for a few minutes. 3: Dump 3 egg whites over the veggies and add torn roasted organic chicken. 4: Put the skillet under the broiler to finish cooking. 5: Top the dish with baby spinach, sprouted pumpkin seeds, and serve with a piece of coconut bread, drizzle with coconut aminos.View original recipe
