
Whipped Herbed Feta Stuffed Dates
Delicious and easy to prepare, these whipped herbed feta stuffed dates are topped with a sweet honey-pecan-basil crunch. Perfect as a summer appetizer or for a cozy football Sunday gathering.
What you need

tsp salt

cup greek yogurt
tsp lemon zest

pepper

fl oz lemon juice

medjool dates

oz feta

cup pecan nuts

cup parsley

cup fresh basil
Instructions
1: Make the whipped feta. Add the feta, yogurt, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a food processor. Process until smooth and set aside. 2: Make the topping. Add the pecans, basil, honey, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to a small bowl. Mix to combine. 3: Slice the dates open on one side. Add a spoonful of the feta to each of the inside of the dates.
