
Whipped Orange & Maple Goat Cheese
A delightful appetizer featuring whipped goat cheese paired with roasted rosemary grapes and crushed olives that perfectly top crusty bread. This dish is bursting with flavors and textures, making it a great choice for holiday parties or gatherings.
What you need

tsp salt
crusty bread

oz goat cheese

tbsp maple syrup
pepper

olive oil

cup cottage cheese
orange zest
cup red grapes
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. 2: Use the back side of a chef’s knife to crush the olives. 3: Add the olives, grapes, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the sheet pan. Toss to coat and place in the oven for 12-14 minutes until the grapes have burst. 4: While the olives and grapes roast, prepare the whipped goat cheese by adding goat cheese, cottage cheese, maple syrup, orange zest, salt, and pepper to a food processor. Process until smooth. 5: Place the goat cheese in a shallow bowl and top with the roasted olives and grapes. Remove the stems from the rosemary and sprinkle on top. 6: Drizzle with olive oil, add more orange zest, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Serve with crusty bread.View original recipe
