A fun and festive idea for Easter, these stuffed dates are filled with a sweet and salty date butter mixed with nutty pecans, creating a delicious treat reminiscent of pecan pie. Perfect for any holiday gathering!
What you need

cup salted butter

tbsp almond milk

tsp vanilla

pecan
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2: Add the pecans to a sheet pan and toast them in the oven for 6-7 minutes. Remove and let cool, then finely chop. 3: In a high-speed blender, combine the dates with almond milk and vanilla. Blend until a smooth paste forms. Add the butter and blend until smooth, being careful not to over-blend as it may separate. 4: Transfer the butter to a small bowl, mix in 3/4 cup of the chopped pecans, and set aside the remaining pecans in a small dish. 5: Fill the dates with the butter mixture, and press the filled tops into the extra pecans.View original recipe
