What you need

clove garlic

tbsp balsamic vinegar
cup parsley

tsp salt
cup ricotta
lemon zest

fl oz lemon juice

tbsp basil
cup olive oil
tsp red pepper flake
tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
1: Make ricotta by mixing all ingredients together with a mixer and set aside. 2: Make the oil by heating the olive oil over medium heat, then add the herbs once it is hot. 3: Cook for 10 seconds then add garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 10 seconds until fragrant. 4: Add balsamic vinegar and mix. Once cool, add Parmesan and mix. 5: Spread ricotta onto a plate, create a divot in the middle, and add the oil, then drizzle the top. 6: Top with parsley and red pepper flakes.
