What you need

fresh dill

oz feta

salt
oz ricotta

tbsp balsamic vinegar
pepper

tbsp olive oil

garlic
tbsp lemon zest
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. 2: Place the garlic heads in aluminum foil, drizzle with olive oil, and roast for 40-50 minutes. 3: Slice the red bell peppers in half and remove the membrane, drizzle with olive oil, and roast for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway. 4: Remove the skins from the peppers, slice them, and place them in a bowl. Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt/pepper to taste. 5: When the peppers and garlic are done roasting, make the dip by blending ricotta, feta, Greek Yogurt, roasted garlic, salt, and pepper to taste until smooth. 6: Gently fold in the second head of roasted garlic into the blended mixture. 7: Transfer the dip to a bowl and top with lemon zest, roasted peppers, and toppings. 8: Serve with bread, veggies, or chips.View original recipe
