
Whole Roasted Orange Cauliflower
A super tasty and easy whole roasted cauliflower dish coated in a sticky orange sauce, perfect for sharing at gatherings like New Year's Eve.
What you need

tsp ground ginger

tsp sriracha

cup maple syrup

tbsp arrowroot starch

tbsp apple cider vinegar

cup water

tsp salt

head cauliflower

tsp pepper

tbsp soy sauce

cup garbanzo bean flour

bunch scallion

oz sesame seed

Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 450°F. 2: Trim the cauliflower to remove the stem and leaves. 3: Steam the cauliflower in covered boiling water for about 10 minutes until just tender. 4: While cauliflower is steaming, make the orange sauce by mixing together juice of 3 oranges, maple syrup, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sriracha, garlic powder, ground ginger, and arrowroot starch. 5: Heat over medium heat on the stove and whisk until thick. 6: Make a batter for the cauliflower by mixing together garbanzo bean flour, water, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 7: Pour the batter over the steamed cauliflower, and bake at 450°F for 20 minutes. (Spoon the extra batter over the top after about 5 minutes baking). 8: Pour the thickened orange sauce over the cauliflower, top with scallions and sesame seeds and enjoy!View original recipe
