
Zoodle Shrimp Pad Thai
A delightful and flavorful paleo Zoodle Shrimp Pad Thai made with spaghetti squash and various vegetables. Ideal for those following a Low FODMAP diet if garlic is omitted.
What you need

tsp pepper
lime juice

cilantro

basil

spaghetti squash

tbsp coconut aminos

tsp sesame oil

tbsp rice vinegar

zucchini

tbsp coconut oil
clove garlic
Instructions
1: Heat the sauce mixture in a separate small pot over medium heat to keep warm. Do not let it overcook! 2: Heat coconut oil in a wok over medium heat and add shrimp, cooking until opaque. 3: Add egg whites and scramble until cooked. 4: Add garlic and vegetables (except zucchini) and sauté until soft, about 4 minutes. 5: Stir in the spaghetti squash, zucchini, and sauce, mixing until well distributed. 6: Remove and plate, garnishing with fresh herbs and sliced almonds.View original recipe
